01The approach

Foundation first. Needs before wants. New does not mean better.

IdeaStructureOperationsProfit

I close what a business needs before it spends on what it wants. Sometimes the answer is to reframe, restructure or redirect. Sometimes it is to leave something alone.

02BWell · Wellness business development

Wellness businesses that earn the way they should.

For spa, fitness, beauty, hospitality and real estate. Businesses already running, and new ones built from zero.

A business already running

  • Internal processes, forecasting and P&L
  • Staffing structure and standards
  • Guest experience end to end
  • Market and competitor position

A business from zero

  • Concept and business model
  • Positioning and market fit
  • Revenue projection and ROI
  • Staffing structure and operations planning
03DLC · Decision & leadership consulting

The work here is on the people running the business.

For owners, founders and C-suite leaders in any industry, when a business is growing quickly or not running the way it should.

When I am brought in

  • The business is growing and the structure has not caught up
  • A capable team, but standards vary between people, shifts or sites
  • An owner wants to step back without losing control

What I work on

  • Leadership and team structure
  • How decisions get made, and by whom
  • Management and team operating models
  • Capability of the people who hold the standard
04Record

A plan has to work on the ground, in the business case and in operation.

I have sat in all three seats, and every plan is tested against each of them before it reaches you.

  1. On the groundLand

Cadastral surveying, topography, design and landscape consulting.

  2. In the business caseCapital

Finance leadership across a market chain: financial performance, forecasting and KPIs.

  3. In operationOperations

Wellness and hospitality operations, leading a department of 80+ in multicultural teams.

05Method · both practices

Review. Report. Plan. Build.

The same four steps whether the business is running or being built from zero. Whoever reviews the work sees it through.

1

Review

I go through the business myself: the site, the numbers, the operation, the people and the market around it. Deliberately contained, at a fixed fee.

2

Report

What I found, set out plainly for the people who have to act on it. What already works is named and left alone. If the work is not justified, I say so and stop there.

3

Plan

What I would prioritise, in what order, and the scope it would take. Every recommendation carries its business case.

4

Build

Delivered on the ground with your team, not handed over as a document. Plans change once work starts, and someone has to be there when they do.

Fixed feesScope is negotiable. Price is not.
Delivered personallyThe person who reviews the business does the work with you.
UAE, GCC and beyondMulticultural teams and international projects are the normal condition of the work.
06Engagements

Start contained. Go further only if the case is there.

Every engagement is fixed-fee and delivered personally. Each one ends with a clear decision on whether the next step is worth it.

Rapid Review

1–2 weeks

A focused look at one site, or at one owner or leadership team, with a clear read on what to fix first.

Business Review

3–4 weeks

I go through the business in full and report what I found, what to prioritise and the scope to fix it. For groups, across several sites and the central team.

Master Plan

6–10 weeks

Concept, business model, positioning, projections and the operating plan, before money is committed.

Tell me what is not working.

Six short questions and your details. It takes about two minutes, and it comes straight to me. I reply personally.

What do you need help with?

08Questions

Before you write.

The questions owners ask most often before a first conversation.

Who does the work?

I do. Both practices are delivered personally: the person who reviews the business is the person who works on it with your team.

Where do you work?

From Dubai, across the UAE and the GCC, and on international projects. Multicultural teams are the normal condition of the work.

Do you only work on new projects?

No. BWell works with businesses that are already running and with new ones built from zero. DLC works with owners, founders and leadership teams in any industry.

BWell or DLC: which one do I need?

BWell works on the business: commercial performance and forecasting, the operating model, staffing and standards, the guest experience, and concept and market fit. DLC works on the people running it: leadership and team structure, and how decisions get made. The six questions point you to the right one.

How are fees set?

Every engagement is fixed-fee. Scope is negotiable. Price is not.

Where does it usually start?

With a review, which is deliberately contained. If the work is not justified, the report says so and it stops there.

Will you name my business?

No. Client work stays confidential, and clients are not named.
